Print-shop staff often inspect customer documents page by page. A missed color image inside an otherwise black-and-white PDF can lead to undercharging, inconsistent quotations, and lost profit.

Approach
Pricecision renders and analyzes each PDF page, estimates color coverage, classifies the page, and lets staff review or correct the result. Pricing profiles then combine paper, copies, duplex settings, binding, lamination, rush fees, and markup into a transparent quotation.
Outcome
The current product supports fast per-page analysis, profit-aware costing, guest and authenticated workflows, private customer data, quotation history, dashboards, and printable quotations while retaining manual control over uncertain classifications.
Contribution
I designed the product and built the full-stack system, including PDF rendering and image analysis, pricing rules, quotation workflows, authentication, private workspaces, object storage, dashboards, customization, and administrator feedback tools.
