An Airbnb listing handles reservations well, but it offers limited space for a distinct property identity, richer visual storytelling, detailed local guidance, and carefully structured answers to common guest questions.
I designed a property-first editorial experience that gives most of the attention to the home and uses Lapu-Lapu and Mactan as supporting context. The responsive Next.js build combines reusable content data, optimized photography, accessible navigation, expressive GSAP motion, and clear handoffs to Airbnb for booking.
The live site at juwansplace.com gives Juwan’s Place a dedicated digital presence across the home, location, house rules, FAQs, safety, privacy, and accessibility while preserving Airbnb as the trusted reservation channel.
I researched the property and guest journey, planned the information architecture, designed the visual and motion systems, built the full responsive site, organized its content and media architecture, and implemented its quality and accessibility checks.
