Approach
The team created a modular ASP.NET platform for browsing, customization, order handling, and live status updates. SignalR synchronized important order events while role-specific views kept workflows focused.
Outcome
The project delivered a working enterprise-style ordering flow and the planning, documentation, reviews, and team practices expected in Alliance Software’s Jumpstart program.
Contribution
I managed sprints and delegation, led the order-management module, implemented real-time behaviors, and supported reviews, documentation, and technical delivery.
